Welcome to the Official Website for the
Elm Park - Lincoln Estatet Neighborhood Association

Nestled in the heart of Worcester, our area, from Park Ave. to West St. and Highland St. to Elm St. is a unique and diverse neighborhood made up of people from many cultures and backgrounds, intermingled with locally owned businesses, churches, schools and social service organizations.

Historic in nature and family friendly, the area is a magnet for people from all walks of life, including students from many Worcester area universities flocking to live here.

Most buildings you will see throughout our neighborhood date back over a century and were once part of the prestigious Lincoln Estate. The craftsmanship and décor of the buildings give them a character not found in modern buildings. Coupled with foliage, this is truly a neighborhood of distinction.

The Elm Park - Lincoln Estate Neighborhood Association is organized to bring the residents of the Elm Park community together because we believe that our neighborhood is one of the finest areas in Worcester for urban living with unique opportunities and issues.

We strive to resolve issues and concerns affecting the neighborhood by working in partnership with schools, businesses, social service agencies and the neighborhood, and will accomplish this by advocating for residents with elected officials and private businesses through organizing and networking and through the formation of a cohesive neighborhood community. In addition to the establishment of neighborhood representation, our efforts will focus on the enhancement of the neighborhood to improve quality of life in a positive and productive manner.
