Nestled in the heart of Worcester, the Elm Park - Lincoln Estate Neighborhood Association area, from Park Avenue to West Street and Highland Street to Elm is a unique and diverse neighborhood made up of people from many cultures, intermingled with locally owned businesses, churches, schools and social service organizations.

Historic in nature and family friendly, the area is a magnet for people from all walks of life, including students from many Worcester area universities flocking to live here.

Most of the buildings you will see through the neighborhood date back over a century and were once part of the prestigious Lincoln Estate.
